When you find the right home, we prepare an Agreement of Purchase and Sale (APS).

Your Offer Includes:

• Purchase price
• Deposit amount
• Closing date
• Conditions (financing, inspection, etc.)
• Inclusions & exclusions

The seller can:
✔ Accept
✔ Reject
✔ Counteroffer

Negotiation may go back and forth before an agreement is reached.

Once conditions are fulfilled, the deal becomes firm and binding.
